Our beers

We will brew four standard beers that will be available all year around, plus a number of seasonal beers.

Our standard beers

Witham & Wash – our Lincolnshire Pale Ale, a beer with a solid malt base and a light hoppy finish
Lincolnshire Aviator – a coffee porter in celebration of Lincolnshire’s proud aviation history
Wildfowler – a mild ale – a young dark beer full of oat and chocolate flavours
Ol’ Fen Boy – a Stout in honour of the Fen Slodgers who kept the drains and dykes flowing – this beer is as dark as fertile Lincolnshire clay

Seasonal beers

A light and hazy pale ale full of citrus hop flavours over a malty biscuit base, ideal for a hot summer day
A Christmas beer, full of treacle and plum pudding flavours, with nutmeg, marzipan and brandy overtones. At 7% it may cause difficulty singing in the Carol Service.

Special beers

A strong robust English Ale brewed for the wedding of the brewer’s daughter. At 6.6% it holds strong malty flavours with a punchy bitterness.
